Description
Raise Beasts from eggs into powerful Champions in this 2D monster-raising/taming RPG. Feed, train and evolve your partners to explore a perilous, non-linear world. Master fast-paced, tactical battles, uncover the secrets of a fading world and pass on the Beasts’ legacy across generations.
This is my first commercial title, born from a love of 90s and 00s era RPGs and dark fantasy.
Features
- Over 150 Beasts, all animated.
- Every Beast hatches from an egg. How you raise it decides whether it becomes a Tyrant, a Monarch or an Archon.
- Legacy: a fallen Beast leaves Orbs with its power, and a new generation inherits it.
- Every adult Beast can be ridden, by land, water or air.
- An open, non-linear world: the ruins of Yselion, a fallen civilization.
- Fast, tactical turn-based battles with adjustable speed.
- Star Trials, tournaments and a camp with an idle mode.
- Free demo on Steam and itch.io.
Credits
Game design, programming, writing, Beast designs, portraits, tilesets and UI: Bicho Feo. Soundtrack: Yoshi_UMR. Guest tracks and sound effects: Yannfinity.
